Why people need to drink water:

People need to drink water so they can stay hydrated and survive, Sometimes drinking water can improve your health by cleansing out your system and helping you avoid getting different types of cancer.Sometimes it can be just to energise yourself just like athletes you see All athletes drink water to energise their bodies so they can keep going they sometimes don’t do it for themselves they do it for there country because they represent and work hard for country and water helps them carry on by energise them so they never stop trying.

Drinking water can save your life,keep you healthy,and help you keep energised.Lots of good things happen to your bodies system and health just by drinking water,lots of people have improved their health just by drinking water it gives you muscles and keeps your  skin  nice ,soft and beautiful. If you drink water your heart,brain,lungs and kidney all stay healthy and clean drinking water has a lot of benefits

Instructions should have clear, simple steps so you don’t confuse the person reading them.

Can you make these various instructions easier to understand?

Pick up an egg, gently hit it against the side of a bowl and empty the contents into a clean bowl.	First get an egg and crack it into the bowl
Open the fridge and take out the butter. Take off the lid. Get a knife and use it to scoop some butter. Rub the knife onto the toast.	Get the butter and spread it onto the toast using a knife
Hold the two shortest sides of paper and bend them together. Squeeze them so that the paper is now in half.	Fold the shorter sides of the paper
When you hear the sound of the whistle, move one leg in front of the other as quickly as you can.	When you hear the whistle start running as fast as you can
When player One had rolled the die, they should hand it to player Two, who should then roll it too. The person with the highest score moves their counter first.	Each player has to roll the dice then see who gets a higher number the die
If you want to turn on the computer, look for the round, lack power button and press it once.	When you wanna turn the computer on press the on button
Hold the handles of the scissors and cut along the dotted line, making sure you don’t hurt yourself.	Hold the orange part of the scissors and then ut along the dotted line but be careful
Before you start mixing the ingredients, switch on the oven and turn the dial to 140 degrees.	Before stirring the mix turn the oven on and turn the knob to 140 degrees
Take the lid off the glue stick and rub the glue on the tab, being careful not to get any glue on your clothes.	Take the lid of the glue and put it on the tab and make sure you don’t make a mess
When you have planted your seed, pick up the pot and move it it near to a window where it will get lots of sunlight.	After planting your seed move the pot by the window so it will get sunlight

I felt angry.

It was morning as usual my brother and sister ,hitting me breaking my stuff smashing   a piece of wood across my head ,my fist clenching, my blood pumping,

My heart beating faster and faster my face as red as blood my teeth grinding like razor blades ,my nostrils flaring

It was a sunny day.

i  felt the splash of sunshine across my face as i was lying in a meadow of daffodils.I hear the sounds of birds chirping,trees swaying.this could be the perfect day.

Cross Country (remember show not tell)

It was a blazing flarring day everyone needing sunscreen,people sweating ,it was so hot everyone waiting for their  turn to run the cross country you could see the heat wave splash across the field burning our skin as if  we were right next to the sun.as we ran it felt like that  yet we keep going it can’t be the end to a story we just started that day this story was called cross country like never seen before

Hiwi the kiwi

On thursday everyone was excited to meet Hiwi the Kiwi. when we got to the hall we saw some cool stuff on the stage it was Hiwi the Kiwi  and his guitar  and much more.he was singing a song as we walked in and was making a chant by playing his guitar and telling us to clap our hands.

Then he told us about his wife and how she's a great cook and they have been together for 40 yrs amazing.

Then we sang another song it was so cool and he is quite a comedian very funny and his wife is a cool dancer.

Things i have learn't:

Only put saltwater fish on salt ice that's ice that has been put on salt 

Be careful of mummy daddy fish cause they might have baby fish inside of them so let them lay the eggs and catch the baby ones later

Only pick up a fish with a wet towel so you don't rip any of the scales off cause the fish will get sick and die

SOS stands for save our sea creatures 

if there's birds in the sky circling above water that means there's fish beneath them
